Sales Support Assistant

Elkhorn, NE

We have an immediate need for a strong, professional Sales Support Assistant to provide general sales support and customer service for a fast growing wholesale sales department. Qualified candidates should have strong computer and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Processing and coordinating the shipment of sales orders (UPS and LTL).
Generate and mail invoices.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating with customers via phone and email.
Process credit card payments, assist with collection efforts and post payments.
Answer inquiries regarding product information, order status, etc..
Provide support to sales team and customer service department.
Organize and maintain files and records.

Experience and Skills:

Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Strong computer skills and attention to detail.
Good time management and multi-task skills.
Ability to work independently and handle daily duties in a flexible manner.
Proficient with Microsoft Office - Excel and Word.
Ability to enter data efficiently, timely and correctly in order to meet deadlines.
1 to 2 years of experience in administrative or clerical role.

Packaging Designer

Elkhorn, NE

Fat Brain Toys, an award-winning designer of toys and games, is currently searching for a full-time Packaging Designer to join our team. This position will play an important role in designing the retail packaging and sales materials for a wide variety of toys and games. This position is NOT remote and must collaborate in-office with product development team based in Elkhorn, Nebraska.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and create product and packaging for toy and game products.
Use Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop to execute designs.
Participate in trend research and brainstorming for new product concepts.
Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, and Merchandising teams on all projects.
Design compelling compositions, color schemes and patterns for products and packaging.
Create mockups for presentations, planograms, and trade shows.
Execute detailed production mechanicals or instructions as needed.
Proof-read artwork to produce high-quality and accurate designs.

Experience and Skills:

3+ years relevant work experience as a Graphic Designer (previous packaging design experience highly preferred).
Strong sense of package, illustration, and technical design.
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite of design products required.
Ability to clearly communicate concepts to Development and Sales teams to ensure sales objectives are being met.
Openness to accepting constructive critiques.
Ability to work on tight deadlines and fast paced environment.
Strong work ethic and self-driven.
Must provide a relevant portfolio to be considered.

International Account Manager

Elkhorn, NE

The International Account Manager is responsible for being the point of contact for all International Distributors and their orders. The role will be the lead project manager on the processing of all international orders including constant communication internally, with the factories, and with the distributors. This is an email intensive roll working with multiple groups of people across the world. Additionally, the Account manager will on occasion assist other sales team members with documentation and developing materials for US key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relations
Receiving/reviewing new orders
Maintaining constant communications with the buyer, the team in China, and stock allocation internally
Confirming Freight Forwarder contact details
Updating payment details per order in a timely manner

Experience and Skills:

Quick learning
Personable and ability to work with different personalities across different cultures
Firm understanding of Microsoft office/teams (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc)
Ability to work across multiple platforms at one time
Time management
Multi-tasking and ability to have many small projects in different stages of the process at any given time

Jr. Sales Associate

Fat Brain Toy Co. is seeking a Jr. Sales Associate to join our growing team! As a key member of the Sales team, they will be working in a fast-paced environment, coordinating with sales representatives and assisting the Sales Director in both day-to-day activities and projects. This role will also have direct sales responsibility to house accounts via phone and email

Key Responsibilities:

Responding promptly and professionally to incoming wholesale customer inquiries via phone and email
Communicating with existing customers about their needs
Phone and email sales to customers - pitching new products and taking orders
Sourcing new leads and following up on leads to find new customers
Tracking monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics
Entering and maintaining account information, item data, and sales reports
Preparing sales documents, training tools, and other supporting materials
Maintaining databases and 3rd party site information
Coordinating the logistics (i.e. shipments, housing, transportation) for tradeshows, gift shows, consumer shows, and/or customer meetings; some travel and physical labor may be required
Ability to travel throughout the year to tradeshows
